Antylles has been appointed by the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s Capacity Building for Results Facility (CBR) Project in the Ministry of Finance to evaluate the pre-qualification application forms and the CBR Program submission from the Independent Directorate for Local Governance (IDLG). The work will entail reviewing plans to strengthen the mandate of the ministry, its structure, functions, business processes, reform plans and results framework.
