Biography

Edward leads Antylles’ Organizational Development professional practice area and our International Public Sector service practice. Based in Washington D.C., Edward is a hands-on global consulting professional adept at organizational design and organizational change management in regulated organizations and companies: those with organic growth, those with ambitious strategies, or those reeling from a crisis and loss of trust. His expertise is twofold: (1) creating a structured approach to ‘pull’ the levers of growth and performance (through STAR model) to move my clients to where they need to be, and (2) working with business leaders to build a shared understanding of the change and equip their people to navigate the change journey.

Over the course of almost two decades, Edward has lived and worked in a number of donor, developing, and emerging market countries in Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe, including Sudan, Palestine, Kenya, Costa Rica, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Indonesia, Switzerland, Denmark, USA and, of course his home Sydney, Australia.

Before founding Antylles, Edward co-founded two technology-related startups and consulted to the banking and technology industries on organisational change management and programme communications before joining the United Nations to advise the public sector in developing countries. Most recently, he co-founded a UN management and technical advisory organisation which focussed on institutional capacity development in fragile and conflict-affected countries and included working with McKinsey and their Global Infrastructure Productivity Index.
